Hello all,

Ultraboost 19
Freedom Iso 2
Pegasus 36

I’ve used that particular model for the least, saucony for comfort. Freedom Isoso 2 is the lightest of your choices. I’m an avid fan of Adidas, but ultravost 19 will be the lowest in the list. Nike Pegasus is a longtime model, a reliable running that combines superior cooking and durability.
If you rank shoes:
No. 2 Pegasus 36 (comfort and proven history)
3rd Ultra Boost 19 (too heavy for my thoughts)
Other runners think it’s different.
How much is planned to run in training? There are no strictly set rules.
I’m scheduled to start my next marathon training at the end of November. With an 18-week plan, the marathon will take place in April 2022, with a total of 900 miles (about 1,450 km) running 50 miles per week. This corresponds to three to four pairs of sneakers. Shoe use is scheduled to circulate. I’m going to compete in racing flats, now only about 50 miles. Naturally, less distance or shorter training time, less shoes.
I think I will go with Pegasus, UB looks ok but a bit heavy and I dont trust Freedom ISO for this distance, since I already did it with Pegasus once… lets repeat
If you practice about five to 10 miles a day, you will need four to six pairs of running. If I asked the brand, I bought the running for the marathon of “New Balance, Adidas, Assix” brand for practice.
The best learning for you is the balance of two factors:
Only you know the shoes that feel “just” on your feet - to you. Each person wants it. " I don’t want to feel the impact of the road. You’re looking for a barefoot run. No, no, no, no. I will encourage you to run more shoes that feel comfortable. That’s the best shoes for you.
Consider this and the next “balance”:
Shoes on the price you can afford - people cling a lot to shoes with latest technology For the majority of runners, this is a waste of money. Do not increase the speed of running expensive shoes, as expensive golf does not make them better. The running skills increase is made from the shoe-less run itself. Croxmann has read an article in his runner-up or teammates who restricted shoe-buying budget below 50 euros. Amen!
No single best shoes exist. Your best shoes depend on your next element.
Weight
Foot shapes
The way it starts
Injury History
Balance of developed and less developed muscles
n Shoes worn during training
Altitude change in racing
Terrain of the race
Weather on race day
Personal preference, of course, is also important.
My main shoe in the race over 10 km now is Vaporfly Flyknit. But the day it rains, the curve will race on many courses.(Takumi Sens) and Adios is also weighted.
This is an asphalt stadium. I don’t know which shoes if you’re cross-country/trail races.
Test your shoes and put them on a race with fast, comfortable shoes.
I’m glad I’ve got a lot of great shoes today.
Coincidentally, I personally use Newballan and Sokoni because of their shoes varying from quite decent at reasonable prices. But some of my friends like Hoka… My personal advice is not to buy the brand’s latest shoes. One year after its release, shoes could be purchased below half the launch price. But prepare for several pairs of shoes, ranging from 600 to 700 kilometers. Better to swap shoes regularly for better brands.
It’s stressful to get your shoes to the third foot. Replacing shoes before striking your eyes can cause the cushion of new shoes. Also, buying older models saves money.
Currently, my shoes are 14 pairs for various situations and replacement. You can wait a year until you get a new shoe alive. So my pair of shoes has an actual average price of about $75. Marathon racing is also a price. I’m glad I’ve got a lot of great shoes today.

Look around professional learning stores. The Dix Sporting Products Store-like general sporting supplies are good to avoid. In professional burials, you will have your own shoes high. Once I found my shoe, the next shoe came online for a cheaper price.
If you’re planning to run in the morning like me, visit the store. If you’re planning to run in the evening, go to the store. This is important because shoe sizes are “able to change” during the day.
Professional stores often have running machines and computers. Alignment of ankles, fastening, and widespread aspirations results in the following shoes: Some shoes were designed to increase stability to help correct acquaintances while others were more cushioned. Salesmen will recommend your most suitable brand of shoes during stability or cushion categories, considering your running style, height and weight.
Look at each shoe inside the store, run from the store’s learning machine. Combine your feet with other shoes, and choose the right shoes for you. I love buying new sheep with new shoes and wearing shoe tests.
I like Nike Pegasus.
This is a shoe for the marathon. Even shoes for the ultra-marathon are not shoes for the μ5 km.
Pegasus may have lasted over three decades, because it’s just solid and very basic running.
If something lasts that way, it means something good.
Even so, each person is different. Each one of them needs it. It’s different. I recommend being in a running store and breaking models and brands.
I think someone else mentioned Hoka. Hoca is designed for trail running. However, trailing is different. Hoca has a thick, smooth underpane of up to C. I don’t like those shoes. I think it’s going to disperse the energy and return to full momentum. On the short distance, the star problem, the ultra? You want to run harder unnecessarily.
The marathon was only done on foot, but it ran in running.
That was Nike Air Max Plus Tuned Air Running. The sense of cushioning was very good, but very breathable.
I’m sure if I hit the marathon again. You can use the Protallus Rug Window together to complement the flat. The epic react is lightweight, stunning and reliable. The plinit is very aerobic, filled with tiny air holes squeezed horse.
The most things you’ve trained together. It’s simple.
If you don’t start, go to the offline store. Ignore your salesmen 'horses. Some know that they are just salesmen. You’ll need your most comfortable shoes to complete the marathon.
Also, alternate with at least two pairs. This reduces dependence on certain brand or shoe types.
No one knows which brand shoes will fit you best on the Internet. We recommend you browse a professional learning store near you. There, we’ll make multiple brands, wear various shoes, walk, and run. This store is very common, at least 30 minutes away.
Good luck!
It’s an incomparable experience with anything to run the marathon.
