Best running shoes for beginners' women

Hello everyone. I am a beginner who just started running. I have run 10 km, I plan to challenge the half marathon soon. We are looking for recommended shoes in the budget. I used Nike Revolution 7 before, but I started to feel pain on my toes, so I’m thinking about turning it into another shoe. Please give me some advice!

The best option is to get a shoe fitting at a running specialty store. The clerk will suggest you a suitable shoe. Shoes that fit me or my feet are not necessarily the best choice for you!

This is absolutely recommended. Then you can buy and order the previous year model or wait for the sale. The under armor is the best for me, and the new balance is next to that, so I wait for the UA outlet to get 50% off, and I buy three kinds of training shoes I usually use (for rugged long runs, for mid-distance runs, carbon sole models for racing) with a few feet. As you can see below, Joe’s New Balance Outlets also hold an extraordinary sale, so you can buy it cheaply there (Get son’s lacrosse spike for $40-50!!)

this is it; I ran with “popular” shoes for years until I was able to accurately measure my feet at a running specialty store. Actually, from the beginning, I should have wore a high arch wide-toe shoe. Everything has changed since then!

However, New Balance 1080 is a classic recently. Saucony Triumph is also good.

If you go to a running shoe specialty store and tell us what you are running (road surface, distance, training purpose), the clerk will suggest you. We recommend this method, but at the same time, let’s talk about your preference for comfort (repulsiveness, cushioning, emphasizing the feel of the ground, etc.) and the points that were good and bad with the shoes you have worn so far. Do not hesitate to try on multiple options.

We recommend going to a shoe fitting specialty store! I work there, but there is no “magic shoe that suits anyone.” Do you wear the correct size? Between the toe and the shoe tip, a space for one fingernail is required. Remove the insole from the shoe and put your feet on it to check the fit. If you have toe pain, foot numbness, blisters on the finger, all are too large signs. In particular, running requires space for the finger to bend downward and outward, as it kicks out with its toes. This is similar to the difference between running on an average stand and running on a sidewalk panel. The wide foundation always increases stability.

I used to use Nike, but I had the same problem with toe pain. I love ASICS! The best favourite is Gel-1130, which is sometimes found at great prices. Also, Dix Sporting Goods has a price match service, so it may be a good choice to check overall!

Nike did not think about wearing and running from the beginning because the upper part was low to the base of the thumb and it was unpleasant before running.

As others say, the best way is to get a walking analysis in the store. You can at least know if you need support or whether neutral shoes are best. You can also measure the width. Some models are quite narrow, so it will be helpful. However, there is a preference for the hardness of the form as an element not known by analysis. I am absolutely not good at soft forms. SC Trainerv 2 was comfortable in the store, but I felt that I could not run unless I put more effort than I thought because my knee aches if I run more than 5 miles. Like Puma and Adidas (except for the new model AP4 is too soft), you prefer a firm sole feel.

Many years ago I had a walking analysis at ASICS, which was great. It was a much more detailed analysis than what I received at Up and Running about a year ago. However, the ASICS store is gone nearby. Nevertheless, I was able to purchase a great shoe (SC trainer v2), but as mentioned above, it was a result of trial and error regarding the form.

Last years new balance 1080v13 and ASICS novablast 4 are really great all arounders that should be on sale for ~100 dollars now!

joe’s new balance outlet generally has good deals on NB shoes, got my 1080s from there and i really like them!
