Can you help me run fast?

I started running recently and I can jog 2–3 km, but my pace is still really slow. I want to run faster maybe even do a 5K under 30 minutes. Any tips or training plans that actually work?

Hi this is great start speed comes from consistency. Try interval training for example run 200m fast, walk 200m, and repeat 6–8 times. Do that once a week and you will notice big improvements within a month.

Do not forget strength training! core and leg exercises (like lunges and planks) make your stride stronger and more efficient. Even 2 short sessions a week help a lot.

Track your runs with an app like Strava or Nike Run Club. You will see patterns and maybe your pace drops when you start too fast or skip warm-ups. i think reviewing data really helps you focus your effort.
