Hello!
My first eight miles (12.8 km) of life this morning! I didn’t run that far and I was so proud of myself, but the heat. I don’t know. (Funny, nausea) Now, I realized that water and easy carbohydrates can be added.
What do you recommend? What products should you avoid? I hated running backpacks from the days I was chasing buses. I don’t know.
Well, if you’re a brand that’s easily available.
Thank you!
Still wrote the first Salamon ADV 12. So, about six years.

It’s definitely this one. Five and twelve are all great, but if I remember, 12 are a few more ounces. It’s the best of the water supplements you’ve ever seen.
I love Advanced Skin 12. It seems big, but I don’t care at all when it is empty, and the required equipment list is convenient for long races. However, it was a failure to put keys and cards in the front pocket. The hole was broken: (
I bought the unisex model blue for $96 on Salomon official website (regular price $160). Other styles and colors are on sale.

I have been using salomon active hydration belt for years without any troubles. Basic and get the job done
Patagonia Slope Runner. I have all the other packs and I only use this one.
I use Nathan’s hydration pack. I have two and my favorite is Human Propulsion Pack. Modify and add two zippers so you can carry more snacks.
Thanks for posting this question - - I was just thinking the same thing. (Until now I had a belt with two flasks, but I need more moisture in a long workout.) Because many people seem to recommend Salomon, I would like to check it out.
