Good running shoes under 50 euros

Running shoes under 50 euros?

I want to start running, but I don’t want to spend much money on shoes. The budget is up to 50 euros and needs a cushionable one. Which one is recommended?

Unused/Only purchased shoes once. You have already purchased a few feet for 40-60 euros (original value 120-150 euros).

After running 500-600 km, another shoe is required.

I do not know if it will be less than 50 euros, but my first shoe was asics bought at Scapino, and it was easier to run than asics of the second leg (custom fit) bought at the running specialty store. At that time, cheaper people bought it for 50 euros, but it was a sale price.

Try Adidas Duramo SL!

Although it is a minority opinion, it is often unnecessarily expensive and overestimated to have a fitting at a running specialty store. Shoes that are comfortable and cushioned are usually enough. It is confirmed by itself. The amplification theory is outdated and the same can be said here: You can easily sense which shoes provide comfortable and appropriate support. If there is no particular problem and no strange symptoms appear, there is no need to fix something that is not broken. So let’s wear it and see how it feels!

Running shoes or walking shoes?
Running: adidas duramo
Walking: regatta holcombe low

Highly cushionable and comfortable to wear

The breathability of shoes is often very expensive because of the material. We recommend high quality merino wool socks.

If you get 10 euros, you can buy KS500.2 for 60 euros at Decatron. Until last year, the KS500.2 was permanently reduced to 60 euros due to the launch of a new shoe of 70 euros.

Especially for A brand shoes with a fixed price of less than 100 euros, each company’s entry level form (ASICS: Amplifoam +, ADIDAS: Cloudfoam) is adopted, and the cushionability is significantly inferior to the upper form.

Good running shoes under 50 euros? No, it doesn’t really exist. It is wise to buy good shoes. you don’t want to hurt me, do you? If you are a beginner, you should always go to a running specialty store and get advice. Maybe you should save a little more and increase your budget.

I got some shoes fitting a little while ago. There’s always a problem with a knee injury.

Before 1970, people were running hard. There was no cushioning or excessive intraordinary prevention function.

At the time, there was a running shoe test in Kassa [Dutch consumer show]… Bristol’s panther brand was the best.

Others may fit fitting, but I get hurt. Now I use Decathlon basic shoes and Vibram bare foot shoes. The latter is still accustomed, but it stopped landing from the heel, and the injury almost healed.

If I wore Nike Pegasus 38 again recently, the problem happened immediately the next day.

What if I had a limited budget and just started running? Choose basic neutral shoes. What if you’re out of order? Please review the running form and consult a physical therapist.

The goal of running specialty stores and “fitting” is to sell shoes based on your running style.

Are you studying medicine or trying to become a doctor? Prescribe medicine for symptoms. You can become a doctor for the first time when you understand your body.

In Lidl, running shoes are sold for tens of euros. It doesn’t seem to be very good at this price range, but it may be worth a try if the budget is limited or if you don’t want to spend too much money.

When it comes to shoes, I absolutely don’t want to be ketchy. All the running wear can be bought cheaply, but shoes are different. There is a risk of injury. I really realize the difference when I’m running.

Good shoes range from 120 to 180 euros and have about 1000 km. There are many things to note. Antipronation or neutral shoes, hildrop, cushioning or repulsive.

The best option is to go to a specialized running shop and receive fitting and purchase.

I don’t think I can find a good running shoe for less than 50 euros.

It is better to invest in a good running shoe even a little higher. It lasts a long time and has excellent cushioning.

Since I started using Nova Blast 5, I can’t think of other shoes. Compared to cheap asics, cushioning is the difference between cloud mud. I prepare another leg reserve and prepare it when I put it down. Running shoes should be replaced every 600-700 km.

There is no injury or trouble once you start using this shoe.

Currently it is a completely different model, but I am very satisfied with 3 of the 4 legs I bought at Decatron (Curry and Kiplan). The first foot I bought in 2015 was 30 euros, and I used it for daily wear and work long after running 600 km. I mainly used it for walking and short-distance running, but I endured several half-marathons for three hours. The performance difference when switching to the 70 Euro (then 90 Euro) class is noticeable, and it is worth raising the budget a little.

The only one that didn’t fit was the cheapest 12 Euro model still sold. There was almost no cushioning, but this is the story of 2017.

The most important thing was the comfort, and I was lucky because it was filled. I am a neutral runner, weighing 60-65 kg and running at a slow pace. Recently I noticed that A brand shoes are running a little unstable, and I am considering to secretly return to Decatron shoes.

Six Gel Excite… 9 out of 10. Great neutral shoes without trendy and useless features. 60-70 euros, slightly higher than the budget. Other than that, Decatron “own brand” is also cheap enough. Don’t be fooled by marketing or “fit…”

and… that’s right: i don’t even need that compression sock

Good luck!

A few years ago, I bought ASICS for 60 euros at an outlet store.

The most important thing is the fit. I use the insole because it is overpronated (excessive intra-anti), but it is a standard (for overpronation) insole. Before, I had a foot disease doctor make custom-made insoles, but I just got blisters.

If you know what you want, you don’t have to be expensive. The important thing is to know the fit and what you want. For example, Decatron has a good experience with various products, but you can also find great products at outlets and sales.

Gradually piling up is more important than shoes. Everything needs to get used to at first. So now, let’s run a short distance and take a break every few days to recover. I myself run with quite expensive shoes, but sometimes when I forget, I can run up to 15 km with simple sneakers and barefoot. Do not overestimate the ingredients, food, clothes, etc. Enjoy running and rest in between. Enjoy.
