hi bro it is same here. i had back pain after deadlifts last week. i just took rest for 2 days and used warm compress.it helped a bit but still sore.
You probably pulled a muscle or maybe your posture was off during workout. Try doing some light stretches and avoid lifting heavy for few days. and check if your mattress is too soft that messed up my back once.
I had this issue too turns out I was arching my back wrong during squats. My trainer asked me to keep core tight and back straight. hi and also foam rolling helped a lot feels weird at first but works wonders. tyou ry it before and after gym.
the pain in back after gym is not normal if it keeps happening. You should maybe see a physio or doctor just to be safe. I ignored mine for weeks and it got worse, now I have to do rehab exercises daily. it is better to fix it early.
