wanna get information on protein food

hi i am doing jym for about last 30 days but i have not taken any protein till now. what do you say about this do i take this or not. is it good for me do i take it or not. please tell me about your real experience with it .

Yes the protein can really help if you working out regular. it helps your muscles recover faster and you feel less sore next day. I started taking whey protein after a month in gym and it made a big difference for me. But just make sure you also eat proper food cause protein shake alone not magic. Then try one scoop after workout and see how your body feels first.
