Which gore tex running shoes are the best?

Hi, I’m looking for all-terrain shoes that are suitable for running on trails and ground walking. We would like products with good cost performance.

We plan to travel for one month and do not want to carry shoes separately for running. It is also ideal to use it for hiking and long walking.

Please tell me if you have any good products. Thank you.

GoreTex is the worst for trail running/hiking shoes. Especially if it’s the only shoe. Once wet, it takes forever to dry. Choosing shoes that are not waterproof, and using new socks, taping, lubricants, neoprene socks (if temperature or water field is required), I think it is a good choice for me personally.

For choosing shoes, take the size measurement at a running specialty store, buy one foot there and support the store. Find and save discounts online with your favorite shoes.

Road to Trail GTX shoes are basically a description of the Nike Pegasus Trail GTX. However, please ensure sufficient time for fitting. Nike shoes tend to be made somewhat narrowly and do not fit everyone. Hoka Speed Gort also has a GTX version, which uses a vibram outsole with a larger lag. When walking in urban areas (compared to running on the road) you may not be so concerned.

Asics makes some excellent all-terrain shoes. It sometimes runs on trails where rocky, hard soil and paved roads are mixed, but it is running without problems even in rain, muddy or cold snow.

Terrex has a new goretex trail shoe. Maybe worth looking into

I like most of my telex shoes. Black Telex Two looks good and is a great travel shoe for any trail. However, it is not manufactured anymore.

I spent four months in Southeast Asia. I ran three or five times a week, but it rained a lot, humidity was high, and I became sweaty. The only shoes I had were Altra’s Lone Peak. It is ideal for hiking, it can handle road running as necessary, and it was comfortable even if you wear it all day. It is not “waterproof,” but it dries very quickly, it does not feel heavy even if it gets wet.

Such shoes do not exist. The feet differ from one person to another, and the weather changes.

The Gore Tex is cold and vulnerable to heat. Large rugs are good for mud, but not for heavy clay or rocky areas. etc. The wide tubox is ideal for forest roads, but it hurts its toes on the downhill. High-stack shoes are good for non-technical trails, but inferior in rocky terrain.

HOKA

I agree. Waterproof shoes should be dedicated to specific terrain. Trapping moisture is the life of the nail…

Hoka Clifton 9 Gore Tex is amazing! It is not suitable for trails, but there are other models. Nike’s GoreTex model should be avoided. It is very cheap and it is difficult to run.
