women workout shoes, need advice

What are the best worklout shoes for women for fast repeating exercise in training? It’s a comfortable long run, not just for racing.

Good for training, good for production, important for durability and, of course, overall performance.

What are your best shoes? I am personally tilted into endorphin 3.

When choosing sportswear for fast iteration, coushipping, flexibility, and stability need to look for 'products. Nike Premetcone 3 is a great choice for light design with reliability, durability and overall performance. Everyday credibility is comfortable.

I bought a pair of adidas adigeradios and trained them from 200m repeat runs to 5-mile races. A few months ago I also trained 8x400m with the same shoes. We feel that the basic position and strength of running some interval training.

If you find long-range tempo-powered shoes, carbon fiber shoes are a better choice. Burden is less burdensome, especially on the long distance. In the case of carbon fiber shoes, train with the same shoes. If you’re worried about it, you can buy two pairs.

I never owned Adios, but I had more shoes in my needs. Wore Nike Strick 6/7 for three. But I’ll be special. Takumissen (5-7) is great but on a slightly thin side besides track training. Adios 7 is really expected.

Adios 7 is nothing like the older Adios. It´s a lightweight trainer, not a flat. It´s more like the older Adidas

Is Strickfly really that good? Reviewers read that the flexibility is excessive and the reaction in fast pace. That’s why Adios 7 is hesitant when he hesitates high-speed driving shoes. Takumissen 8 is also one of the shoes being considered.

How is Rebel V2 ruined? I don’t know.After (about 563 km), it ran for about 150 miles (about 241 km) before completely abandoned. It happened at a point where the rip met a clumsy brush. The local New Balance store employee said I had a small shoe, or half-size. So I told you to have a big size in V3. The big size is right, and my broad feet have more space. The V3 is visibly augmented by the same part where the V2 was torn.

I’ve got some € saved up for new shoes. I’ve got the shoes for competing but am not happy with my current shoes for training. I like a medium to high top. Any suggestions? Are cross-trainers the best?

If you have not tried a barefoot shoe I would give it a try, I am wearing the Hykes Flex and love them, took awhile to get used to them but will never go back to regular shoes.
